Family office seeks a Bookkeeper to join their growing organization.

Description:

Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

  • Process journal entries for accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Manage bank and general ledger reconciliations
  • Prepare the trial balance
  • Perform month-end closings
  • Prepare payroll for processing
  • Perform follow-up on purchases
  • Prepare budgets and cash flow statements
  • Research and resolve discrepancies
Job Information

The right candidate will have:

  • Associates degree in Accounting or a minimum of 6 years work related experience
  • Strong organizational skills a must
  • Knowledge of A/R, A/P, general ledger, payroll and sales taxes
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks is mandatory
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Stable work record, no job hoppers
  • Loyal employee who shows a true interest in the work
