Family office seeks a Bookkeeper to join their growing organization.
Description:
Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Process journal entries for accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Manage bank and general ledger reconciliations
- Prepare the trial balance
- Perform month-end closings
- Prepare payroll for processing
- Perform follow-up on purchases
- Prepare budgets and cash flow statements
- Research and resolve discrepancies

Job Information |
The right candidate will have:
- Associates degree in Accounting or a minimum of 6 years work related experience
- Strong organizational skills a must
- Knowledge of A/R, A/P, general ledger, payroll and sales taxes
- Strong knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks is mandatory
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Stable work record, no job hoppers
- Loyal employee who shows a true interest in the work
