Due to strong growth a National CPA firm is seeking Audit Seniors and Managers to join their Healthcare Practice. 

Description:

Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:

• Performing audit services for health care clients
• Supervising, training and evaluating staff
• Variation analysis
• Reviewing financial information
• Reviewing internal controls and making recommendations for improvements

• Preparing and reviewing detailed accounting reports
• Performing accounting research
• Delegating work to staff and providing an environment that fosters a team approach to auditing
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships

The right candidate should have the following:

• 3-10 years CPA firm experience
• Experience with healthcare organizations a MUST
• CPA certification a big plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Desire to train and evaluate staff
• Good “team-player”
