The Eppolito Group has been retained by a National CPA firm to recruit Senior & Supervisor level forensic candidates to join their Forensic Consulting Department.

Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Analyzing forensic investigations, litigation or dispute resolution issues
• Assisting attorneys with their legal strategies by identifying, organizing and analyzing data related to complex financial transactions related to the project
• Managing client relationships, including keeping the clients abreast of the status of the work performed
• Providing hands on support to clients and staff on engagements
• Preparing specialized analysis and reports
• Resolving technical and analytical issues that arise
• Preparing and/or reviewing analysis of company, projections and forecasts, due diligence and financial statements
• Analyzing cash flow, market trends, valuations and business profits
• Preparing financial models and ratio and company analysis
• Prepare expert reports as they relate to the client

The right candidate will have:

• BS in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial fraud investigations – litigation/forensic accounting experience
• Recent experience in a CPA or consulting firm, with at least 2 years in a CPA firm
• BIG 4 experience a BIG PLUS
• Strong GAAP and GAAS knowledge
• Experience preparing financial models, ratio and comparable company analysis, preparing and reviewing financial statements, claims analysis
• Due diligence experience
• CPA highly preferred
• CFE a plus
• Solid organizational and development skills
• Knowledge of computer models
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Access
• Excellent research and communication skills
