National CPA firm is experiencing exceptional growth within the NFP Division and is seeking Seniors & Managers to join this growing department

Description:     

• Planning/performing/supervising audit engagements for not-for-profit clients
• Performing A 133 audits
• Supervising, training and evaluating staff
• Financial risk assessment
• Variation analysis
• Reviewing quarterly financial information
• Reviewing internal controls and making recommendations for improvements
• Preparing and reviewing detailed accounting reports
• Performing accounting research
• Supervising, evaluating and training staff
• Delegating work to staff and providing an environment that fosters a team approach to auditing
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3-12 years CPA firm experience with not for profit client exposure
• Experience with auditing professional associations, social service agencies, religious organizations, educational institutions and private foundations preferred
• A-133 audit experience highly preferred
• CPA certification is a big plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Desire to train and evaluate staff
• Good “team-player”
