Big 4 CPA Firm seeks International Tax Seniors through Managers to join their expanding International Tax Department. This position is consulting driven.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Tax consulting and compliance for international clients
• Tax reporting services for international entities
• Performing international tax planning, reviewing international information forms and assisting with provision reviews for international client base
• Assisting in the coordination and facilitation of international engagements, and supporting other lines of business as needed
• Identifying tax planning strategies to optimize the clients’ tax issues
• Working closely with clients on foreign operations compliance with local requirements
• Supervising, training and evaluating advanced level staff
• Maintaining strong client relationships
• Maintaining knowledge of new tax issues and general business trends that affect your client
• Knowledge of recent tax developments and their effect on your clients

The right candidate should have the following:

• BS/BA in Accounting a MUST
• Advanced degree in Tax preferred
• CPA a MUST
• Minimum of 3-10 years tax experience in a large CPA firm, Big 4 a plus, with 2+ years’ experience working in the International Tax area
• Experience in international tax consulting and compliance a MUST
• Strong writing and research skills related to international tax issues
• Ability to communicate well with both clients and staff
• Strong team player
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Strong project management skills
